At Esteshop Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Standard Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are non-custom and non-personalized.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
2. Custom or Personalized Items
Custom posters, engraved products, or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your custom item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number so we can resolve it.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
